With dental laboratories throughout the USA and abroad I thought there was a specific need for a dental laboratory which could not only help out local dentist but also those on a national level. I found that in developing a dental laboratory online network and portal website would allow dentist both near and far to still feel connected to the lab and be updated more regularly with advancements and events that they could attend for personal gain as well as continuing education credits. My mindset is not just that of providing a product but also providing a network in which we can learn and develop in all areas of our profession and business together. Thus growing together as a team.

Working with a manufacturing company headquartered in Unna, Germany with branches in Minnesota and Kentucky I have been working closely with their marketing, direct sales and digital sales and manufacturing processes including but not limited to additive manufacturing (3d printing), CAD/CAM, surgical guide planning, materials and equipment.
By Learning the processes by which the manufacturing company collects and disperses data to manufacture products I have been able to communicate with customers about their goals and desires on a daily basis. Gathering information and giving feedback to improve the customers experience has been a large basis of the work that I perform. Also communicating in the cloud with the company in whole about the development and functionality of the Kentucky manufacturing facility has been top on the list. Working with engineers, instructors, dentist, dental lab technicians, dental lab owners, students, residents, CEOs, etc. on a daily basis and training on the companies protocols has helped me to develop a strong foothold on understanding the customers desires from materials, equipment and product development in the ever changing industry.
With over 5,000 miles between us communication is key and I work with my team daily.
With continued learning I am able to develop greater understanding of how the parts work as a whole and how to grow and advance a company into the future with over 300 employees.
